Menu Monday - Warning......

WARNING: I'M BACK...........

WOW ..... What a week we have had! A much needed break but I must say the stress was up there. To start off, we had to leave and our dog was very ill. It totally broke my heart to have to catch a plane and leave her without knowing what was going on. She was 14 years old and the best dog we have ever had. Chi Chi had been part of our family since the beginning. Even though my mother was here to handle everything....I just felt wrong about leaving but had no choice. To make a long story short, we had a plane to catch and had to leave the house at 1:00 p.m.


We lost Chi Chi around 6:00 p.m. that evening. Our hearts were totally shattered. And my daughter was in tears as we were renting the car in Florida and proceeding to the hotel. It was a very long night. Unfortunately the show must go on.....

We drudged on to National's! And I must say that I now live with a National Champion. YEAH - THEY WON! My daughter reminds me on a daily basis that I am living with a 2x National Champion! Little does she know that I still pull rank over her.........ssshhh don't tell my secret!







So we are now back in Kentucky enjoying all the storms that are hitting. UUGGHH! How has everyone been doing? Give me an update in the comments below! I've missed my Chubbie Chica family!
