Menu Monday

Where has my week gone? I have no clue but yet I am running so behind that I don't even know where to begin. I am on the Human Rights Commission for our City and we have been working on a city wide unity project. That has taken a lot of my time this week. Also the fact that our eldest son turned 18 yesterday. Since he is "differently - abled" I did have to petition the courts for guardianship, which was granted. I guess that took some time this week - some unexpected time.....just sitting in the courtroom for hours. I could have been blogging.....what were they thinking? Oh - have I mentioned that we are doing some remodeling in the house? In fact, I am suppose to have everything picked out and picked up by tomorrow. HHHMMMM - don't have that done at all! Our contractor comes to start the project on Wednesday. Let's see if I can pull this one off! Shopping spree tomorrow......here I come!
