Recipe Of The Day



2 Point Shake

1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix - any flavor
1 tablespoon Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ice cubes

Put all into a blender and process until smooth and thick.

Serves 1
