Easy Bake Beans




Easy Bake Beans

2 cans (28 oz. each) vegetarian baked beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground mustard (dry)

Mix all ingredients in 3 1/2 to 6 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hrs. (or HIGH 2 2 1/2 hrs.) or until desired consistency.

This makes 10 servings! (approx. 3/4 c.)
WW pts = 2 per serving

Now that we live in New England, I would like to find a Baked Bean recipe to eat regularly. My problem is that I don't like sweet in my food. I would need to make some alterations to this dish. But I like how easy it sounds!
